I went to the Gary's on Washington road this evening and bought the combo cheeseburger. Having bought many times at different Gary's, this evening was a surprise and disappointment. No mayo even after I asked twice and burger was consistency of a hockey puck. Having worked fast food for many years I know you can have bad days, but at least look at burger before you send it out. Not planning on avoiding Gary's in the future, but will look at what I M getting next time, before I drive home..
